ASSEMBLE COMMONWEALTH

Activating innovators isn’t sufficient to the challenges we face. Our leaders, and each of us, need to adjust how we navigate dangerous threats to our health and safety, and to our prosperity. Assemble Commonwealth will provide support to policy makers and to the media starting with these recommendations (contact us for more detail): --Congress: A consolidated, bipartisan capability -- in newly formed Select Committees on Risk - to identify and prioritize risks, develop helpful policies and funding, and strengthen all stakeholders. --Executive Branch: The President should designate a Chief Risk Officer of the United States to ensure experts are heard, risks are surfaced, resources are identified, and policies are developed. --States, Counties, and Municipalities: They need help to join forces so they are not left to fend for themselves when disaster strikes, as happens in every crisis. --Private Sector: Investors and Innovators, who too often today STAY AWAY from public missions, need to engage.
